All order inquiries are to be made through the website submission form. Orders are locked in once the deposit has been received.

We recommend placing your order at least fourteen (14) days in advance. However, for last-minute requests (within 4 days), please reach out directly via Facebook or Instagram, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I pick up my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. Cancellations made up to two (2) weeks in advance will receive a refund minus the initial deposit and any supplies already purchased. Cancellations made less than five (5) days before the event will not receive a refund.

All our cakes may contain or come into contact with allergens such as soy, wheat, dairy, and nuts. Please inform us of any allergies before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Yes! We love creating custom designs. Feel free to share your ideas or inspiration, and we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.

We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. If paying cash, the total amount must be paid in person 7 days prior to collection or delivery.

To ensure the best taste and quality, we recommend storing your cake in a cool, dry place. If you need to store it in the refrigerator, please follow our specific storage instructions.

We do offer some gluten-free and vegan options. Please check our menu or contact us for availability and details.

Our response time is generally up to 72 hours. If you have not received a response within this time, please send a follow-up message.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All products made by Cakes & Bakes by Corky are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

INGREDIENTS

All cakes, fillings, and icings may contain or come into contact with soy, wheat, dairy, nuts, or other allergens.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to inform us prior to confirming their booking of any allergy concerns. Additionally, the Customer must inform their guests of all allergy information. Cakes & Bakes by Corky will not be held liable for any allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our products.

All products are intended to be enjoyed on the day of the celebration.

ORDERS

We prefer at least fourteen (14) days’ notice for all orders, as we are frequently booked in advance. However, we will do our best to accommodate short-notice requests, subject to availability.

Any products ordered based on pictures or photos of items made by other cake makers will be reproduced by us as our interpretation and will not be an exact replica.

QUOTATIONS

All quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your date within seven (7) days of receiving your invoice. Failure to pay the deposit within this timeframe may result in your spot being filled by another client.

Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely! You can choose to pick up your order from our bakery. We’ll provide you with the details once your order is confirmed.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

If we must cancel the booking due to illness or any unforeseen circumstances affecting our ability to deliver the ordered product, the deposit will be refunded within seven (7) days of notification to the Customer.

FINAL BALANCE PAYMENTS AND PICKUPS

The balance is due at least seven (7) days prior to the collection or delivery date.

If paying by cash, correct change is appreciated, as we may not have exact change available.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the state of the product before leaving our premises. Once the item has left, the Customer is responsible for ensuring it reaches its destination safely and is stored according to our instructions for optimal taste and quality.

PUBLICATION

We reserve the right to use any images of products made by Cakes & Bakes by Corky for promotional purposes.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

If cancellation is required and the full balance has been paid, the refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made up to 2 weeks before the event will receive a refund minus the initial deposit and the cost of any supplies already purchased for the cake.
  • Cancellations made less than five (5) days before the event will not receive any refunds.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
